Kiss It!!!

I have been a silent admirer of the work that comes from the Gutter Girlz prompts, I thought it was time I stopped watching and started writing. This week was something I have wanted to do for a while but havent decided how. Kiss my Ass!! is what I have taken from the prompt and finally dirtied my moleskine with its very first page instead of just stroking it LOL. If you can figure out how I do my cryptic writing you will see why I did kiss it!!

Random Journal Pages

The above page was made in a journaling class with Dyan at Art From The Heart. Fab day and as usual learned alot.

The above page was started at Dyan's but finished at home, i wanted to keep it simple and clean cut as a remembrance to Michael Jackson. No matter if you believe what he was charge with or not, the man was a genius with music, no one can dispute that.

The above page was made at home, i have a thing for pink ugg boots, i dont know why. I dont really like pink but i seem to be useing it alot lately, and i got myself a pair soon after i made the page... well not the baby pink i got dusky rose which is a darker pink!!! LOL

Art Journal

When you hear the words ''Art Journal'' most people first think of raw emotions and getting your bad feelings out and helping yourself to get over whatever bad situation you decided to journal about. This is not the case, an art journal can be about anything you want at all, its personal to you. So i have decided to show a work in progress that i am doing. This is the front cover and it is basically my hopes and dreams of what i want to aim for in my life in 2010. I look at this as a positive journal so have kept it bright and vibrant in color and used my new dymo embossing machine for the first time. Hope it will inspire you to make your own positive thinking book too!!

Onward to'' Angels''

Not really having a good time with the angel class, their is 3 paintings to do on 3 different themes, the first one I am working on is the ''Traditional Angel''. I really think I have bitten off more than I can chew here and am not ready for what I aim it to look like in the end. The wings are done with molding paste and were left for 2 days to dry properly. The drawing is glued down with gel medium.

Finished Doll

Been a while since I got round to updating the progress of my Petit Doll. I finished her over Christmas, and I must say I am really happy with how she turned out. This is the finished Doll I call her ''Music''. I am very much loveing the ''shabby chic' style. Onwards to the Angel Class.
