WOYWW

What's on my desk today? A whole heap of a mess! I stupidly decided to die cut chipboard Christmas shapes and glitter them for my pressie tags, taking longer than I thought it would! Word to the wise don't do it!!!! Oh and a spinney thing that I have wanted forever and found cheap instead of £40 for a brand named one.

Mm, Clare, I can see why you liked the die cuts done that way they are lovely but chipboard can be a pain! Happy WOYWW! All the blessings of the season as we celebrate the birth of the dear Lord Jesus and the greatest gift of all, love Shaz in oz. x

Tags always take longer than you think dont they! I have gone with the homemade ink pad with distress reinkers and used one stamp throughout on sizzix tags - still took me ages too! Still its all good fun and better than housework isnt it! Have a wonderful Christmas. Sunshine Girl – No 38

Your tags are absolutely wonderful but I can see them being time consuming. The recipients will love them though! Have fun with your new spinney thing!

Love the look of the tags and that's a great idea, these things often take longer than we'd anticipated though! Your spinny think looks interesting! Have a wonderful Christmas.

Hello Clare, just popping in late to say I've really enjoyed visiting your blog, and admiring your handiwork throughout the year. It's been fun getting to know you, virtually that is :) The die cuts are beautiful and do look pretty all glittered up but maybe not a last minute project :) I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I took the leap and bought a Cuttlebug. I also bought some dies and can't wait to play - but first I have to finish a wreath..... I wonder, instead of buying chipboard could you use those free coasters they have in some restaurants? I have a stack of them, thinking I was going to gesso them and make mini albums. Just wondering....
