What's on my desk today? Two little figures I found cheaply in a local shop. The left one has been given the Andy Skinner treatment, its not finished yet and the right one is the original how I bought it!
Also in the background is a sneaky peek of a surprise that will be revealed on Sunday.

Beautiful.... this is fantastic.. you clever girl love the makeover....and the post before with the birdcage simply stunning work. Hugs May x x x No10
WOW great makeover. I tried the Skinner drybrushing but that is a lot of work. I have grown lazy as I age. The VerDay pain and patina is so easy as it contains metal in the paint and actually oxidizes once you paint the patina liquid over the paint. Love these statues! Have a great week and thanks for commenting on my blog! Vickie #41
Those figurines are totally fun. I like the beginnings of what is going on with the one on the left. However, the as-is one is neat too. That's not nearly as much fun. I'm sure they will both be fabulous once complete.
Love the figures. That project in the background looks great!
