WOYWW

What's on my desk today?  Well its a small haul from the Harrogate show last weekend. I actually had trouble spending my budget, there was nothing there. The show has more than halved in size since I started going and was strangely enough full of ''every thing's a pound'' shops which are not to my taste. The stuff in them was mostly junk and tatty looking and you just know that a roll of tape that's under £1 is not going to stick for long.

Suprised to say today that it is snowing good n proper up here in West Yorkshire right now, it wont stick though, the ground is saturated and cannot take any more water so it is melting on contact.

Glad you managed to find some nice goodies at the show! Snowing here too, hoping ours doesn't stick but looks like we have it right until the weekend!

Sorry to hear the show wasn't up to speed, and you weren't able to even reach your budget. Luckily your were able to pick up a few items.

Nice shopping stash .... I bought the same ink pad as you this week
I think your right about the shows I also think same has happened to some shops only selling the cheaper bits
Sometimes you want to buy one more expensive iteam rather than five cheap ones

I am a sucker for cheap tat, I also pick up the most expensive items in shops as 'the only thing I like in here'

Sorry to hear Harrogate was pants - I really enjoyed the first one I went to in October (don't know if I'll make the effort again if it's gone off) looks like you've got some nice things to play with though. MMx #50

Disappointing when that happens and you're looking forward to some good retail therapy although it looks like you didn't do too badly, I really like the mdf cogs! I was in Harrogate on Sun/Mon at Art from the Heart and woke up to 3 inches of snow ... eek! Is Spring ever going to arrive?? Thanks for sharing and Happy Woyww Liz 80
