WOYWW Halloween treat bags

Helllooooooo Its been a few weeks since I have been able to participate in Julia's WOYWW. Today, well last night I had to whip up some trick or treat bags to give to my sister to take home to her children for Halloween. Today is the only day I will see her before Halloween is over and done with. I decided to do a quick walk through with a few pictures while I made them as they were so quick to do!

I decided to use my recently purchased pillow box Tim Holts die so first I had to find some sweets to fit. I got these and took the spogz things out of the packet.

I cut out 3 pillow box's from the food wax paper as I would be putting the sweets directly into them and wanted it to be food safe. I also used none toxic white glue which worked suprisingly well on the wax! ATG tape did stick but you could easily pull it apart.

I stamped some Waltzing mouse stamps with sepia archival ink onto kraft and cut them out then wrapped them in string and voila, super fast trick or treat bags!

Thanks for Visiting!

Hi Claire loving your halloween bags. I am not quite that organised mind you last year I had about 40 kids in the village arrive so it is a major last minute job. Maybe I will take a leaf out of your book and start early?!
Happy crafting, Erika. 96
