Recent Journaling and Campsite

A few people have asked me what the campsite I look after looks like, so here is a piccy!

The rubble on the right is a now grass and the beer garden has a lovely decorative fence around it, this picture was taken on a busy weekend for us!

On to the good stuffs, journalling. Today was Sunday Regulars at Art From the Heart, we got to play with Dyan's new Dylusions stamps eeeeeeeee!!! I want so many of them its not fair! Can't get them all. Here is what I made today

A couple of weeks ago I went to AFTH for a class with the lovely Kate Crane, and this is what I came away with

Fabulous days, both of them. I heartily recommend if you get the chance to go, you do, its well worth the visit. Keep an eye on the shop website as alittle birdie told me the CHA Dylusions stamps should be arriving tomorrow and will be uploaded to their shop website probably Tuesday if all goes well. Might also be Tim's new release and other goodies in the shipment too!

Enjoy!

Large Canvas

What an amazing day! Thursday was a large abstract canvas class at Art From the Heart. This is what I completed in the class, I wont go into details as it would take a week for me to write out the 30+ steps required to complete it. The canvas is 24inch by 24inch and was so much fun to do! Really happy with my colour choice.

Male Birthday Card

It is my nephews 16th Birthday today, I had not the first clue what to do for him for it. So I chickened out and made a simple Octopode card and put a £20 in it!

Ladies Who Lunch Day and new cutie

Today was the monthly meeting of the Ladies Who Lunch, it was my project so I made everyone decorate a papier mache type Torso. I found out during the day that no one actually fancied doing it but followed my request to anyway. By the end of the day everyone was very happy with their project! and most got another to do it again! Anne's lovely husband provided stands for us to display our torso's on.  I am also entering this into the lovely Moira's dangly things challenge.

So for the new cutie, this is Pippa, isnt she adorable!! She is the new workshop dog and the cutest little thing ever at 9 weeks old. Cheeky already!
